Studio and equipment access is open to residents of Palmer and Monson, no broadcasting experience required. We also welcome local schools, nonprofits, religious groups, civic organizations, and community clubs that want to share their work with neighbors. The programming created here is noncommercial and made for our local audience, which keeps M-PACT TV a true community resource rather than a marketing channel. Who can produce a show on M-PACT TV?
Any resident of Palmer or Monson can become a certified producer. M-PACT TV welcomes community members of all backgrounds and experience levels, whether you have a specific show idea in mind or just want to learn how television production works.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Once you are certified, you have access to M-PACT TV’s studios, cameras, editing suite, and production equipment at no cost. This is part of what makes public access television possible for the communities we serve.
How do I get certified to use the studio?
Certification involves a hands-on orientation covering equipment use, studio safety, and basic production skills.
